Value Analysis / Value Engineering Basics

MBA (marketing) & B.E (mechanical) with 14+ years of experience in Transmission/eVD Design & Development. Currently working with ZF Technical Center India as Manager. In past I was associated with companies like Tata Group & Dana Incorporated under various Roles & Responsibilities. 
Certified “Value Methodology Associate” from SAVE & conducted several VA/VE workshops. Key area of interest in product conceptualization by generating new ideas, further analysis and development.

Bachelor of Technology in mechanical and have 9 years of experience in Automotive Tier supplier companies. I have worked in Product configuration and plant product engineering department in Cummins Turbo Technologies India Pvt Ltd. There I have been involved in product development, validation and testing, drawing and BOM creation, PPAP and have handled various roles and responsibilities. I am a certified six sigma green belt.
Currently I am working with ZF India Pvt. Ltd in Technical Center India Hyderabad as Tech Lead and supporting for Transmissions and electric vehicle drive systems for passenger cars for VAVE activities in system design department. I am a certified VMA by SAVE internationals. 
My area of work and interest includes cost down and design optimization for Transmission and eVD for passenger cars and innovation drive for next generation eVD.
