Dr. Nityam Oza
Professor at Government Polytechnic, Rajkot"Dr. Nityam Oza, presently associated as a lecturer in a mechanical engineering department, Government polytechnic, Rajkot. I graduated in mechanical engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology in the year 2000. I started a career in the automobile industry and worked with most reputed brands, like BMW, Honda, Toyota and GM, as a service manager. During my tenure, I learnt a lot about automotive technology through practical insights and training. Later on, I associated with reputed Parul University as a assistant professor in the department of automobile and mechanical engineering for around 8 years.
During the journey of experience of 22 years, I conducted research in the area of alternate fuels, hybrid vehicles, regenerative braking etc. and published around 25 research papers in national and international journals. I have worked as a reviewer for many research journals. Delivered many expert talks/webinars at national and international level. Supervised around 12 M. Tech dissertation, organized many tech events like international conference, workshops, short term training programs. At present, I am a life member of ISTE and a former member of SAE for around 8 years. "
