Dr. Himagiri Gedela, Head of Projects, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., is a Doctorate in Management and Post Graduate in Operations & Supply Chain Management from NITIE, Mumbai with Graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a certified Independent Director by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Dr. Himagiri began his career with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. as a Management Trainee and has over 19 years of experience in diverse areas of Aircraft Production Management, Project Management, Planning & Scheduling, Configuration Control, BPR, ERP and is currently engaged in Management Development & Projects at HAL Management Academy. He was involved with the Indigenous Aircraft programs, like Advanced Light Helicopter and Light Combat Helicopter, in various capacities, handling diverse portfolios in planning and operations.
He is a Management professional cum Academician with interests in varied areas like Micro Arts, Martial Arts (Kalari), Sports and Karnatic Music. In his current role, he is involved in projects & consultancy in Business Process Reengineering and Planning for various divisions of HAL.

Vinay Tiwari, an alumnus of the prestigious IIM, Bangalore has a rich mix of Business management & Engineering education, experience and exposure in Operation management, Quality management in Aviation production and Strategic planning areas.
He started his carrier as a Production Manager in Legrand India and presently holds the post of Head Industry relations at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Corporate office. He has 14 years of experience in Production management, Quality management, Strategy, Client & Stakeholder engagement, Entrepreneurship, Consulting & Innovation management. He has worked on SU-30MKI manufacturing, MiG- 21 MRO and Advance light Helicopter(ALH) Manufacturing Projects.
Mr. Tiwari has given Special talks in various forums including FICCI events & National Level Conferences in various universities.
