In line with the Conference theme for AatmaNirbhar Bharat, iTEC INDIA 2021 brings opportunity to build capability for developing future mobility solutions locally. Top Tech Work shop learning Path:
The Workshop will happen on Pre-Conference day on 15th December. To make the workshop meaningful, attendees will be provided trial licenses a week in advance of the conference. Attendees will have to participate in webinars designed to prepare attendees for the workshop in order to enrich the learning. Trial licenses will continue to be valid a week post the conference and attendees can hone their skills and also get online support from our technology partners.

Due to the current pandemic situation and continuing travel restrictions, we have converted the entire conference virtually. Necessary actions will be taken accordingly.

Students should attach bonafide certificate/letter from the Institution / College at the time of registration
Start –Up companies should attach Start – Up certificate
Cancellations received 15 days before start of event will be entitled for only 50% refund of the amount paid.
No Cancellations & Refund requests will be accepted post 15th December 2021.
All refunds will be made 30 days after completion of the conference as per the percentage mentioned above.
Conversion of In-person registration to Virtual registration need to be done before 30th November 2021.
Force Majeure Clause
SAEINDIA reserves exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergencies or other 'acts of God'. If there is a program cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, SAEINDIA will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances.
