Prior to joining Tata Communications, Lakshmi was President and CEO of Tata Consultancy Services Japan, Ltd. where he was in charge of accelerating the company’s market opportunity and developing the brand in the region. Other leadership positions within TCS also include: Global Head of four P&L units (Telecom, Media & Information Services, HiTech and Utilities) that grew to contribute a combined revenue of over $2.4b under his leadership. He had also held the position of Head of UK & Europe where he brought significant growth of the business, resulting in it being recognised as a major IT player locally in the market. Lakshmi has worked in USA, Hong Kong, Australia, UK, Japan and India. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani and is an alumnus of London Business School. He is also a long-standing member of IEEE.

Mr. Sirish Batchu is a technocrat who is passionate about bringing technologies to life to solve real world problems. Being a Computer Science Engineer in the Automotive world for about three decades, he believes that Software will entirely transform the future Mobility solutions. He was recently the Managing Director of Danlaw Technologies India Ltd. and responsible for the managing the group companies in India for the products, services and manufacturing for Connected Vehicles and Automotive Electronics solutions. Prior to this, he was the Vice President - Digital Technology at Ather Energy Private Ltd, responsible for the Software and Intelligence solutions for the Electric Scooters. He has led leading pioneering efforts in the ACE (Autnonomous, Connected & Electric) domains through his work at organizations like Mahindra & Mahindra and Bosch & has been instrumental in bringing many new technology concepts/ideas to life. He has a strong foundation in R&D by virtue of his initial experience at Indian Space Research Organization. He is recognized as a Thought Leader and an influencer in the industry in the Connected Vehicles and EVs space and Distinguished speaker in various national and international forums and was conferred the ‘Digital Transformational Leader’ Award by CeBIT India in 2016. He has been a mentor through the AutoNebula Business Accelerator platform for several Indian Startups in Connected Transport. He has to his credit, the creation of “Mahindra DiGiSENSE”, a first of its kind Connected Vehicles Platform for the entire Mobility Sector across Mahindra & Mahindra and had major contribution in the development of the first Driverless Tractor in India at M&M. On the personal front, he is passionate about music, an avid singer, movie buff & loves to travel.

Dr. Flament represents 5GAA, the global cross-industry association for the development of connected and automated cars, where he works as Chief Technology Officer since April 2018. Maxime was working previously as Head of Department for Connected & Automated Driving (CAD) at ERTICO – ITS Europe, the European association promoting research and deployment on Intelligent Transportation Systems. For 15 years, he has been a leading contributor to many European activities on road safety, connected vehicles, automated driving, large-scale pilots, and digital mapping. Maxime holds a Ph.D. E.E. (2002) and M.Sc. E.E. (1997) from Chalmers Technical University, Sweden. He also holds an “Ingénieur Civil” degree from the Free University of Brussels (1997). In 2001, he was visiting researcher at Stanford University, CA, USA.

Debarati Sen, a National Doctoral Fellow, Govt. of India has obtained her Ph.D in Telecommunication Engineering in 2010 from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. Presently, she is associated with the Department of Signals and Systems, Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow working for the FORCE project. She was a Chief Engineer at Samsung Electronics, Bangalore, India prior to join Chalmers. Her research focuses on Wireless and Optical Communication Systems, mostly,  Coherent Optical Communication,  Short-range Communications,  Ultra-wideband,  MB-OFDM,  Synchronization,  Equalization,  Green communication,  60GHz communication She has several Patent applications to her credit and published papers in International Journals and Conferences of repute.
